Licensing projects: general projects for power supply operations (for which approval is required by law, subject to approval by the relevant department) and for which the relevant department has approved documents or permits: specialized vehicles, trailers, cars (other than sedans), new energy vehicles, car cranes, cranes, specialized passenger cars, sanitation equipment, specialized medical vehicles and facilities, fire trucks, ambulances, spare parts, general guarantee vehicles, containers, squares, assembly rooms, metal tanks (including A2, C2, C3, pressure containers), plastic tanks, design, manufacture, sale, services, import and export of chemically protected equipment; network design and development; general road freight; freight forwarding services; freight forwarding services; environmental health protection services; wholesale and retail distribution of medical equipment in categories I, II and III; earth-stone mining; and solar power technology services (in addition to the legally approved projects, operating under the legal licence)
